booking this unit, you grant us the authority to charge your credit
card for damage or lost articles or late departures. You will be notified
prior to such charges. |
| Eviction |

Smoking,
excessive noise, disturbing the peace, threat of property damage,
disregard for the policies stated above, will result in eviction without
refund. Taking a bicylce inside the unit will also result in immediate
eviction without refund. |

The
minimum age for the member of the party making the reservation must
be 25. |
| Liability |
|
We
are not responsible for bodily harm to any of the occupants in and
around the unit. |
| Right
for Refusal |

We
reserve the right to refuse a reservation |

| Cancellation |
|
The
deposit is non-refundable, the balance of payment less 5% is refundable
if cancelled 60 days or more in advance. Reservations cancelled 59
days or less in advance are refunded only if the booking can be replaced.
These refunds will be issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival
where applicable. |

be full payment of the entire amount. |
